09/19/2007 - Starting Up Storytime Bill Dougal's original songs range from silly to serious, but all are catchy & fun to listen to as he plays his guitar and sings.
September 19th beginning at 10:30 am.
Cowboy Bill will be our start-up event for fall storytime at the lbirary. Call to sign up and think of bringing along a friend for this special event.

10/03/2007 - "So you wanna be a knight, do you?"
Swordsmanship Demo.
Wednesday evening from 6-7pm at the Andover Elem. Cafeteria Western Swordsmanship Technique & Research (WSTR), an Andover-based historical fencing study group presents a program highlighting:
- The Story of Sir William (Europe's greatest Knight)
- Learning about swords
- demonstration of "trial by combat" (choreographed fight and breakdown of moves)
- the final chapter in Sir William's life
and
- play "Swordsman Says"
All ages are welcome, we will meet at the school cafeteria for this program.

04/18/2007 - STORYTIME At the Library Storytime for those who can enjoy a couple of short stories and share some special time with friends. Ages vary from 1 to 4, generally preschoolers. Parents are encouraged to try it and decide if it is something their child is ready for.
Our morning includes:
- Two stories
- Show and tell
- Craft or art project
Please ask your child to bring with them something from home to share during our Show-N-Tell time.
Mrs. Campen loves to spend time talking to the children and has an interactive flavor to her hour.
We gather at 10:30am and finish about 11:15. [Nothing is hard and fast about the end time though.]
WE DO NOT MEET DURING ANDOVER ELEM. OR RHAM SCHOOL VACATIONS. WE ALSO DO NOT MEET DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS DUE TO OTHER SCHEDULED PROGRAMMING.

05/05/2007 - Library Friend's Book Sale Andover Friends of the Library will hold a book sale at the Congregational Church Conference House. All proceeds go to benefit the Anodover Public Library.
